The Fin Inn is a Grafton restaurant on the Great River Road, the stretch Troy Taylor still buses after dinner in Alton. The haunt is the road: river towns, limestone, a park lodge up the hill. Come for a plate. Pere Marquette Lodge is the other Grafton table if you want the timber and the chicken.
